Teams:
As of now, one team exists. This team will be 100% competition driven. That means eligibility for the team will be based on attitude, responsibility, leadership, and skill. The team has a cap of 8 players, including one leader. In time, more teams may come to exists, however, this is the only competitive team that is a part of the guild at the moment. If you want to be a part of it, prove yourself. We will be watching you.
The team has practices, and knowledge must be gained to compete at the levels necessary to win. This is a commitment. We are serious.
Communication:
Being that xbox live is a full functioning VOIP service all members are expected to be very verbal during matches/practices. Communication is key.
We ask that you be as active as possible in the forum. This is because the forum is the easiest way to contact each other. The forum is also where nightly matches will be posted, making it our most valuable resource. You will be contacted both through Private Message over the FA forums, and through your gamertag.
Be sure to idle as often as possible in these chat rooms. Most of us idle on IRC, so if you can do that, please do.
