Default What to buy for less than $200?

$$$ - $(car insurance) - $(nintendo DS+R4) = $200 + gas money.

So, with the $200 I was thinking...
an i-ram by gigabyte (posted here)
or a nice monitor from newegg (Linkage here)
ooor <your suggestion here>?

i got a decent compy but elimination HDDs would be nice. my CRT monitor blows nuts, especially for moving (LANs, etc) so does anyone have any useful suggestions?

Monitor.

With the Iram your going to need to buy the Ram to put in it which adds to the cost unless you already have the ram but thats only 4gb thats nothing.

isn't that a little large for gaming? (<--non-rhetorical) my 15 made my eyes jump a lil for the edges, so, i'm thinking 19" widescreen would be about right.
