uhhh css help please

wtf is going on with my source it says i need to purchase but i own the game, it just happened today and i was playing it earlier even when i put my disks in it says play css and then when i click that just goes to the purchase menu on steam wtf?

just exit steam and log back in. the problem should fix itself.
