Default X Box Repair Turn Around

I am just wondering how long it took everyone so far to get their xbox's back when they sent them off to get fixed. It's been 2 weeks since I called it in and they just got mine into the repair shop yesterday. It took them a week just to get the empty box to me then UPS sent it to the wrong place for a day.

normally about 2 weeks from the day you shipped it to get it back.

like i said earlier, it took 3 weeks. They actually got it real fast. I dont understand how it took em more then one week to figure out the thing is dead and give me a new console/

2 weeks for me i sent it in with my own box.... come on pay the 10 or so dollars and ship it when u want to. stupid waiting on a free box from M$. But ya they sent me a new xbox back.

it depends on the severity of them problem, cuz they have this new thing where they try to send u the xbox360 u sent them


but mine was pretty quick, i got mine bak 12 days from when i sent it in..........

I have insurance at EBgames that I payed 10 bucks for it. And for the next year I can bring that shit back snapped in half and on fire and they will gimmie a new one no questions asked with my receipt. Pretty sweet if you assk me.

I still have not had a problem. My box use to freeze all the time but it never freezes now since I bought a nyko cooler. I asked the guy at gamestop and he said they work great. The only time they fuck up boxes is when they are not plugged in all the way. So I pushed that baby in for like 10 minutes to make sure. No problems or complaints since then.

I think we may have a new record. UPS said they got it Tuesday and it was sent out today. When I call tech support they said it's fixed and on the way. It's being sent UPS ground which means aside from being tossed around that it will be back in my hands sometime mid week next week even though it's a 2-3 day destination (I used to work at UPS).

It used to freeze up, then it got better, then I got E67 when I tried to start it, then that stopped, and one day when playing it froze up, I restarted it like usual, got E70 something, restarted it again, ran for a minute then froze, restarted again and got the 3 red lights. I also had some trouble with the disc tray not working or reading disk. There was something else i think but I can't remember. UPS is sayings it's on time to be delivered 2/28. It's in San Antonio, it may be there for the weekend. Something that caught me offguard is the xbox.com support thing. It says their is no pending repairs for my s/n. Not sure if that means they fixed it or sending me a rebuilt one.
