Stun Posions

I have asked people before but just in case , Does anyone know if the updates took away the ability to make stun posions ?? Cause I can not find a recipe for anything anywhere the name of it was , The translucent touch of the beholder. Let me know if anybody finds anything , cause there is some on the broker but some nutball is charging 3 plat for 1

some ppl were talking about it the other night man i think they did take them off the PvP servers not sure this is just mostly a guess man.
