Just follow the instructions, the longer you stare at the center the longer the effect lasts when you look away.

Sweet! That music is from Doom. Pretty wicked effect. How long does it last for you? Wears off in like 2 seconds for me.

The longer i stare at the center the longer the effect lasts for me, i prob got it to last for at least 15 seconds. I was doing it soo much it gave me a headache, it really freaked everyone out i showed it too.
