Please Help

Been having this problem for awhile now. ive had this video card for awhile 256 radeon x700 pro. just recently its been having conflicts with, all i can guess, itself. when log on the device manager shows 7 other video controllers always 7 plus the original with the drivers assigned to it. well the card doesnt work because it cant find the resources to run because there are 7 other cards trying to run. ive uninstalled them they always come back, disabled them the come back, went to bios and fixed all the settings, went to safe mode disabled and uninstalled them. also uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers in safe mode. nothing seems to help. ive tried both the Omega Drivers and the ATI Drivers. if anyone on here can give me any advice i would really appreciate it. oh it says there are 8 different instances if that helps any.. im at wits end.

Try going to device manager and uninstalling them that way
Switch to onboard video if you have it and restart your computer, see what happens
Delete your Nvidia folder
Try removing the hardware from your computer and reinstalling
If you have another radeon video card, install that one and see what your computer recognizes
Reformat computer
Buy new video card


BTW, don't use Omega Drivers, that is probably your problem. Helping a friend install Omega drivers on their computer caused some unexpected errors, it isn't supported anymore and has 1+ year old video card drivers that it uses. I would suggest completely deleting anything video card related on your computer and then reinstalling fresh; it sounds like you aren't deleting the drivers, maybe a virus.
