Default Dell XPS Laptop ?
Does someone knows how to clean the HD on it , our maybe bring the laptop back to fabric mode so that he is brand new.

Laptops reformat just like PC's. Throw in your windows disk and boot from CD.

Its kind of hard but i don't have that windows disk and my laptop is 5 months old
