well i had my icemat siberia for over a year, then sold it to a friend, and hes still using it, going on 2 years strong. And my pc-160 headset has been great for over a year now, and i contstantly step on them and drop them and throw them, plus i think its only like 60 bucks now for the pc-160, dont know about the icemats though.
