tired of these retarded things, ive tried about 15 of them with nothin happening except some ringing in my ears. i did the lucid dreaming one before i went to bed and nothing i had a really weird dream but theres no reason to link the two. the other times ive gone to my room dark and awake and i almost fall asleep every time. this thing is bs, i believe it all a placebo brought on by a weak mind. what i believed in the beginning i mean.... sounds changing your mood into something like happy, cocaine, or orgasm?? seriously... dont waste your time.
