where you guys gettin all these free doses? cause i found the 4.5 on usenet but not any doses.. also is there a way to put it on an ipod so i dont have to sit at my computer and listen to it?

k nvm didnt see all the doses in the usenet one.. wondering if there is a way to import them to an ipod still?
