Try going to device manager and uninstalling them that way
Switch to onboard video if you have it and restart your computer, see what happens
Delete your Nvidia folder
Try removing the hardware from your computer and reinstalling
If you have another radeon video card, install that one and see what your computer recognizes
Reformat computer
Buy new video card


BTW, don't use Omega Drivers, that is probably your problem. Helping a friend install Omega drivers on their computer caused some unexpected errors, it isn't supported anymore and has 1+ year old video card drivers that it uses. I would suggest completely deleting anything video card related on your computer and then reinstalling fresh; it sounds like you aren't deleting the drivers, maybe a virus.

I know its a pain in the ass but reformat
