to fix your moderate problems you need to foward the ports for your xbox... if you go into your xbox's networking blade it should tell you your xbox's IP address on your network which shoudl be something like 192.168.1.5 if you can figure out how to get into your routers administration page and how to foward a port, put the ports xbox live uses:
The following ports must be available for Xbox Live to operate correctly:
• UDP 88
• UDP 3074
• TCP 3074
and foward them so they go to your xbox by putting the IP address of your xbox in where it says where to foward the ports too.
Another easy way that might work if uPnP works properly on your router, would be enabling uPnP which is universal plug and play which should automatically foward the ports.
I can help you further if i know your router model.
i also looked at your ISP's internet speeds and it looks like you ahve the 5meg service which would seem right with your download speeds and upload speeds. make sure you have the 5meg service tho cause it doesnt tell me prices and 60 a month is a little high IMO for 5meg service when theres a 10 meg option.
ok if your paying 60 a month then thats supposed to be the 10meg service cause the 5 meg service is 45 a month. id say get a new router but when you unplug your router you get the same speeds so uh you might have to call your ISP and have them check your cable's.
