Prey
 

I haven't seen anyone in here post about this game yet, but does anyone play it? I've been hella owning it up lately with this game. It uses a modified doom 3 engine, but in my mind is way more fun than doom 3. It was released in July but it's roots in development history apparently go back to 1995.

I hate FPS games where the character talks. It pisses me off because they're always so military-like and impossible to relate to and annoying as hell heh. In this game the character actually has a semi-realistic personality because like when aliens jump out at him he'll be all like "Omg wtf??" and like "Quit fucking with me!!!!" hehe, way better than the lame ass characters in call of duty and doom or whatever. Most swearing I've heard in a video game for a while..so rad.

I tried the multi-player out for a bit but of course it's not nearly as fun as the single-player which has good adventure feel to it.

we definately, DEFINATELY, had an extremely long thread going about Prey.

Yeah, I loved Prey, but the ending disappointed me greatly.

I liked the end. The thing I hated about it is that it ended, heh. I wanted to keep playing.
