Sounds liek a plan How am i to loud to quiet or good?

We try to do that as much as possible. Whenever new recruits come in or w/e we get them to lower or boost their outbound as needed. If there's a problem just ask like "Does anyone else hear so and so loud" and if the answer is yes than that person should lower their outbound.
