I had just turned 19 (24 now) and getting a hold of alcohol at the time was just well...plain awesome. My buddy had gotten a guy to get us tons of vodka and beer and we decided to have a get together except nobody had a place to have it that was parent free. I went out and rented a hotel suite. It was basically an apartment with a hot tub. It cost me $189 for the night.

It was supposed to just be me and 4 friends, all guys. We were going to play cards and drinking games, etc.

My girlfriend at the time was Jenn. We had been dating maybe 2-3 months. It was nothing serious but had seemed to be heading into a more serious direction. She had just left her ghetto boyfriend for me and he was out of the picture. She was almost 18 and soon graduating high school.

Anyways she calls me and wants some help with her history paper. It may have been 7 or 8 o clock at the time. I told her we were setting up to drink in a hotel and she insisted on stopping by. I really didnt want her to because it was supposed to be a guys' night. No matter how gay that sounds. She begged and begged to come just for an hour so I could help her with her paper.

At that time Mike, Josh and Bryan show up. They are all pretty good friends of mine. People you would trust. My best friend Eric ended up not showing up so it was just Me, Jenn, Mike, Josh, and Bryan.

For about an hour I help my girlfriend with her paper. I basically wrote it. I was really into history at the time. After I'm done I wanted to take her home but she kept saying she wanted to stay with me. After a half an hour she talked me into it. I figured worst case scenario I was going to get laid. So we start drinking.

We were doing shots of vodka then. Except she would always take a mini sip of hers, make a face and give it to me. She never took one shot. So I'm slowly getting trashed. Mike chugs the bottle and passes out like an hour later.

We were playing some cards then, Mikes still out on the floor so Bryan, Josh, Jenn and I all play some Asshole. It was generally a good time. Jenn was on my lap and it was really really fun. Bryan and Josh bother had smoking hot girlfriends at the time. Neither of the two came out that night.

We decide we should get into the hot tub. I have a very hairy chest and never was one for the beach and hot tubs etc so I knew I had to get more drunk to have confidence in front of Jenn. We had only had sex 2 times and it was always with the lights on and clothes because her parents would be home soon.

I proceed to take a few more shots and drink a beer. At this time is when I hit the brick wall. Everybody knows the brick wall. The alchohol just nails you. But hey Im having fun now lets get in the hot tub. Everybody changes and we get in to relax. Jenn was all over me which was generally awesome. Both Bryan and Josh were acting normal, just like my good buddies.

We had a few drinks while in the hot tub. It was maybe 1 am at this time. We get out and dry off and change. Jenn changed in the bathroom alone. She still had not had much of anything to drink except some soda.

I drove a Jeep Wrangler at the time and all of a sudden Bryan says, Hey Nate I just saw on the weather its supposed to rain tonight and your top is down, you'd better go put it up.

I went out to put it up and Josh comes out to help. After we get it up he says he feels sick and wants fresh air. So we stand outside for a few more minutes. I even remember telling him I was having a good time and it was nice to be able to hang out with people I can trust around Jenn. I was always worried about her messing around since she left her boyfriend for me, I though maybe it may happen to me.

He assured me him and Bryan would never think of doing anything with her.

We head back to the room and realize we didnt have the key and Bryan would only let Josh in. He told me Jenn was really into me that night and him and Josh were going to help her get ready. It made zero sense but at that point I was so drunk I was like HELLLL YEAHHH GUYS HOOOK ME UPPPP!

Dumb I know. But alcohol wasnt helping. After like 10 min they still wont let me in. I get all alchoholic-depressed-like and head out of the hotel. At this point I was just sad because I thought everyone passed out and forgot about me.

I walk across the busiest street in town and go to sheetz and get Gummy Bears. I walked back to the hotel and sit outside the door because they still wont let me in. I kept calling Mikes phone because I knew he was passed out on the couch but he never answered.

Finally they let me in and told me they had to leave. I didnt understand why. It was maybe 230 or 3 am then. When I got into bed Jenn was naked. I said why are you naked? She just told me she had been waiting for me. Then I passed out.

I woke up at like 8 am, woke her up and she told me she needed to be honest. She said I fucked both your friends last night. I dont know why I did it. I punched a hole in the wall because I realized how stupid I was. Then I looked outside, no sign of any rain.

I knew they had lied to get me out of the room then. I drove her half way to her house and made her get out. She was crying. I then took Mike and we went out of the creek on inner tubes. I was freaking out about how my friends could do that.

I went into work that night (we all worked at a restaurant) and both Bryan and Josh called out. The next day they finally admitted to doing it. Apoligized to me and that was basically it.

A day or 2 later the detective calls me and brings me into questioning for possible rape. Jenn wanted me back but I kept saying no. So to get me back she was trying to say they raped her and she was victim.

I sat in a room alone for 3 hours. There was only one light. Every half hour or so a detective would come in and try to break me. They kept saying just turn in your buddies, just do it.

I told them Jenn didnt drink and I couldnt say they raped her. I said no matter how much I wanted to fuck them over I wasnt going to put 2 19 year old kids in jail for crime like rape.

They finally let me go.

A few days later is when she dropped the charges. The rape kit came back with multiple DNAs. None that was mine. She would have looked like a whore in court so she just dropped it.

I saw Jenns myspace and she is also friends with Bryan on there. If he truly raped her, theyd never be friends.

What a fucking mess right? Mainly my fault. But you live and learn.
