The Same Game?

I haven't played CS in probably 3 years. Have they changed anything or is it still the same game?

Not really, new maps have been added to league play and the only major changes were adding a new radar, messing with no scope, and minor bug fixes here and there. They added more player models for CT and T side if you werent here for those as well.
