Completely agree with you on the whole realistic thing. I don't like that at all.. totally turns me off. I'm going to wait until it's out on DVD.

Yeah, I've been trying to get everyone to watch the trailer since it came out last year, lol. Most people just don't seem interested till they watch it. That trailer got awards for trailer of the year last year, and I LOVE the NIN song that plays during it :)

What I love the most about it, is it's based on a true story, though in reality it was something like 150,000 vs 300, not a million like they're doing in the movie, but you have to Hollywood it up a bit i spose.

I especially love the style it's being shot in. The costume design, the sets, the environments. I was a huge fan of Sin City, and am a pretty big fan of anything that steps outside the norm without getting to wacky. It looks absolutely amazing though, and I can't wait :)

The guy in my Avatar is from that movie too btw. Woot!

yeah i'm super hyped about this movie...its looks totally badass, as far as the realism...its not that big of a deal to me...like in Khaoz' ava dude comes from behind a shield covered in arrows with a "I'm going to totally KICK UR AZZ look and attitude"...thats awesome i love it....super hyped

Anyway, looks like it is going to be cool. Unless it is one of the movies that they show the best parts of the movies only during the trailers.

I like the yelling, it gets you pumped, lol. After watching that trailer when he yells "THIS! IS! SPARTA!" i want to break some shit! The pride and rage in his voice just grabs at me. Makes me want to fuck shit up too :O
