Think you have what it takes to grab hold of this division by the reins and direct it in to the right path?

We're calling for anyone who is good and knowledgeable in Gears of War, and has the ability to put together and lead a team. If you are said person, Reply here OR Private Message me on these forums.

While some members may return, you will be building most of this division from scratch.

how would a squad/team even work in this game? how do we hold matches? are there ladders for this game?

i know theres a private game function but other than that... how would this even work, considering it went for a serious purpose

There are dozens of ladders and leagues for Gears of War. There are tons of teams to scrim against all day long as well.

http://gearsofwar.xbox360.gamebattles.com/ is the ladder we used, and www.MLGpro.com is the league most everyone is into. CAL has a Gears forum and has been considering picking up Gears, but now that MLG has picked up Gears, I don't think many care much about CAL anymore.

meh..... i dont know dude. If you really havent got any offers from anyone i say just close it down for good. Hate to say that, but no sense in keeping a GoW forum if no one is going to lead the division. ><

hey my XBL GT is ix Crypt 3 xi, i am currently ranked 3.600 in the world in gears, i play a no trash talking team based game, if you need a leader let me know or if you need some more recruits let me know, if i cant be a leader then i would most definitly like to join the gears clan thanks
