State of the Team Address

We formed just 3 weeks ago or so and picked up a few extras who became starters now :)

Currently our active roster consists of:

• blood
• bZ
• HeavyArms
• Random
• selfcontr0l.gc
• Sweeper

Here we are into our 3rd week, de_nuke, and we haven't been practicing quite like we should be. Most of the time people are on at 8:30 Eastern already pubbing. We can make this a priority time to get together and do scrims. Our first team used to be on every day almost, scrimming. Let's get this going. Every night at 8:30 check to see who is on. Contact me and other people about scrimming. It's probably true someone is out getting people for a scrim already, but that's no reason to *not* contact them, letting them know you're avalible. In the end the statement I'm trying to make is simple:

Just because you're signed on xfire doesn't mean we know you want to scrim. Let us know if you want to so I can get us organized.

Afterall, I'm the leader, not the whole team :)

Please reply to this thread with any weekly problems. (selfcontr0l, i expect a schedule; Random has some things.) Let's get some speed to this train.


selfcontr0l: any days but Monday, Tuesdays and Fridays.
Random: any day but Fridays
bZ: nearly every night
blood: nearly every night
sweep: nearly every night
heavy: most nights

sup guys this is snuff from RvS some of you guys might hate me:/ lol

pratice needs to be everynight or as much as possible POST HERE if you cant get on at 830 because that is pratice time to go over strats then scrim.

we got a good team lets see if we can go some where wit it, i think we can we might just need a lil more co-mit-ment

ill also start it off i cant get on till about 1 am 2marra i got a hockey game 3 hrs away! but the rest of you should still get together

us as a team will most certainly *wreck* other teams when we get some practice under our belts. Nuke is a tough map, yet we managed to pull off 4 or 5 T-Side wins today in that first scrim. If only we could practice most nights of the week, think how much easier those wins would come. =)

Tomorrow, to whoever can be on then, I'd like to go over stuff for maybe 15 mins or so before we start scrimming.

Side-Note: Don't worry about my sound being messed up :) I'll rip the Sound Card back out and into this pc if I gotta. Tomorrow morning/afternoon I'll check out sound tweaks. If this is a driver problem someone prolly has a fix for it somewhere.

yeah i know i haven't been as available as i should be.... this overtime stuff at work is only available for a few weeks out of the year, so i've been trying to pick up some extra days.

blood: if you can let me know by monday night if you were able to reschedule the match, i will be able to plan better, but still it doesn't matter if i haven't scrimmed with the team the previous week, i guess...

as far as scrimming goes, i'll try to be available as much as possible on thursdays and fridays. bz and blood and sweep usually ping me on xfire when they see me on--and i appreciate that.
