Scorp. I pay $15 a month for a usenet server that maxes my connection (1.2mb/s) and I think I paid $15 for a years subscription to an indexing site. It's really not that bad.

Could use a proxy to make it look like you're not from the US. I haven't used a Torrent but once in the past few years, excluding what Blizzard makes you use to get their patches.

Then again, I don't like Anime, so I have no idea how good the Anime scene is on Usenet. Might not be many on there for all I know.
