*READ ME* Rainbow 6: Vegas on the main site
 

A new division, Rainbow 6: Vegas has been created for use. It's up but has no members registered to it yet. This is where you come in. Click the URL below and follow the instructions to register on our main site.

First thing to do: Make an account.
>Click on the URL and fill in the information.
>Submit it and you will be instantly registered to the site.

Second thing to do: Join the R6:V division.
>On the left side there is a panel that says "Member" with "Setup" "Divisions" and "Donations" below it.
>Click Divisions and enter your username and password.
>Select the Rainbow 6: Vegas division and click "Join Division?" button.

You now are registered for the site and for the R6:V Division.

PS. Every 4 hours the site lets you log in. This is there for activity. If you don't log in once a week or so the site will automatically delete your account, so make sure to log in now and then at minimal.

good work, now we just wait for the majority to register. once the leaders register they will be given said leader spots on the site.

I just made Jester one of the HiC's for the division. Once Vegan joins i will add him to that rank as well. NJPunker will be promoted to Warlord once he joins. You can now promote anyone that joins from Purgatory to any rank below yours. If you need any help doing this or help understanding the ranks let us know and we'll help you out.

shit.... what's ICQ number?

That's something that used to be required to join. It's also one of the things we can't change on the old site. So just put any number in there. It doesn't need to be authentic.

I just promoted you to Warlord. Took care of promoting the other 2 members to FA rank for you as well.

Can you please breifly explain the 3 ranks to me?

Good work guys :) The main site uses the following ranking hierarchy for a division:

Warlord - Leader(s) of the division
High Council - The senate of the division. they can vote in and out things.
Holy Crusaders - *Really* dedicated members who do more than the rest but don't have power.
--Squad Leaders - accept/maintain the squad they are leader of.
Merc - Someone pretty dedicated (active, logs in, is on irc/xfire/whathaveyou).
Fallen Angels - you are part of the general masses of the clan and have passed purgatory
Purg - for 2 weeks you sit in purg so we get a chance to know you. after that you get bumped to FA with the regulars.

After life if you've been naughty.

It's the original commercial IM. Before there was MSN or AIM or Xfire or Yahoo Messenger, etc etc, there was ICQ. Then AOL bought out ICQ and pretty much killed it.
