I took off the humans only and worked on Survivbility outside host incubation,the resistances, and airborne/waterborne first.

yeah my points dont update and i cant go to any airports or waterplants game dont work for me for some reason

it automatically will spread as you change the engineering of the virus. in other words, you don't actually tell it where to go.
