is amazing, picked mine up 3 hours ago along with Zelda, Rayman, Redsteel and Trauma Center. All i can say is amazing.

I recommend it to anyone who's looking into new consoles.

I personally think it will bring Nintendo back into the game big time. I haven't played it or the PS3 or 360 for that matter so all I can go by is stats and features. Im looking to get it first then 360 but only for H3 and Final Fantasy.

After losing the last console war by long shot, I think Wii may come out on top this time around. It isn't overpriced, and it is unique. Also, judging by what games we have seen, they are going to have a lot more mature aimed games this time around. (red steel for example)

wait, I lied. I have played 360. GFX are bad ass IMHO. I gotta get my hands on a wii tho.

I haven't tried one, but my buddy played his all night last night, and says he's real disappointed in it. So I dunno. They played Red Steel and umm... wtf was... oh, Zelda. I'm all for Nintendo doing good though. I don't consider them to be competition with the 360 and PS3 because they're directed at a different audience, so I say GL nintendo :)

different audience? how so? same shit different pile. Red Steel has had mixed reviews across the bored. Zelda on the other hand is awsome. The systems new controls have quite a learning curve but I loved it.

Its fucking awesome. My friend got it along with Zelda and the controls are just awesome. I really want to try CoD. Ugh, it's just awesome. I love the new controller.

Okay, so far i have played very little zelda, what I've played I've liked though. Rayman is possibly the most fun game I've played yet, its hilarious. Trauma center is fucking awesome, its just so rewarding getting to cut people and sew them back up. And last but not least red steel, its not exactly what i expected, it takes A LOT of getting used to, but still fucking amazing.

Basically with this system, nintendo will be able to get a HUGE market, as opposed to 360 and ps3, where they are aimed towards already gamers, nintendo aimed towards EVERYONE. My dad played wii tennis and wii bowling, and is fucking hooked, he played all day while i was at work, and is even asking me to move it from my room to our family room haha.

this console is just so much fun, It keeps you hooked, not that other games arent addicting, but this is addicting in a different way.

this is what I was affraid of lol, im going to wait until i get a Wii because if I get it now, i just wasted a whole session of school cause im gonna fail my finals hehe.

Thanks corey for telling me about rayman. Its friggin halarious. I wish it had multiplayer crap in it.

I don't want to try and sound like a Nintendo fanboy, considering i own a 360 and a ps3 also, but damn dude if the only reason you're not getting a wii is cause of the controller then you sir must have never played with one. I'll agree its weird at first, but give it like a half hour and it feels just like normal. Especially on games like Zelda, it feels no different playing Zelda on wii then it did on any other system for me. THIS SHIT IS FUN, or maybe its just the fact that ps3 and 360 both have only one good game out at the time.

He is talking about Zelda: Twilight Princess, not the old games.
