I just turn one on before I go to sleep usually.
There's some short ones for like ten minutes, and they don't do too much, but it's still just a fun little thing.

I tried that but would always fall asleep and not remember the effects or the effects never worked in the first place lol.

I used the dream one right before I slept and it was pretty weird.
