On a second note, this is the break down.

Using an example, if somebody became WL, lets say Napir by chance, it doesn't mean he'd have to run everything, first off NCODizzle was running the Recruiting Squad, Napir took over but I guess Dizzle was caught hacking, twice. So just because he has that squad now, doesn't mean he would if he became WL, WL is a lot of responsibility they aren't always going to lead everything, ofcourse they have the overall say but they will/can choose somebody that has the capabilities of running a squad. Just because somebody becomes WL doesn't exactly mean they are running everything including the squads.

So why don't some of you other guys step up to the plate and show that you want something, rather than asking for it blatently, the more you show it and the more you do/more you are active, the more noticable you are going to be and get that chance to do something for the division. Until you show you want it, you won't get much, don't ask, most people just ignore you. This is not my division so I can't say that this is official, as of now only Ice can, but I'm pretty sure he doesn't want people asking him to become something, I think he'd rather see it, and hear it from his other members.

That's usually the basic breakdown in any division, some run it different, so I can't really say for the Americas Army division, but I'd like to see everybody step up to the plate and see what you can do :)
