what needs to be done?

Organize games and practice playing together. Learn each other's play styles, practice tactics, learn the maps, etc.

Well i'm on almost daily putting in time here and there. With my semester coming too an end in about a week. Ill be getting a new sceadual so my playing time will change slightly I know you and wil(secreatwalrus/frostbyte) work full time and all.

Wil and I are both very familiar with the maps. So its just a really a matter of finding people to play with, wich shouldnt be to much of a problem considering we play in groups of 3+ or more every time we play.

I'm starting to get pretty good on some of the more popular maps. My K/D ratio has gone up to 1.7 since I started playing with the AUG. I was playing CTF earlier today. Went 49 and 25 lol. 2 caps and like 5 flag returns. I got 20k points. It was sick.

For the love of god Chase just make a Black Ops division. I mean it would do alot better then what the reach division has going for them.

We don't have a team. I'm not wasting my time creating a division until we get a mandatory practice going where we can discuss tactics and such.

my k/d sucks, but mine started at .42. I'm up to 1.24 overall.

my killstreaks are normally blackbird, gunner & dogs.

the dogs usually get those hiding in buildings.

perks: lightweight pro, sleight of hand pro & marathon (i prestige too much to get the pro for this)
